Camp Sacajawea is a 77-acre timber located just three miles south of Quincy. Purchased in 2001, the Camp is home to abundant wildlife and beautiful timber. The Camp is accessible to people with disabilities, as it has handicapped accessible parking, handicapped-accessible trails, and accessible restroom facilities.
Area not-for-profit groups and the public enjoy walking the trails and fishing in the small pond. The Camp is not available to the public for overnight camping.
Not-for-profit groups who are interested in using the Camp for day and/or evening activities must make a reservation in advance. They may do this by calling Angie Dean at 217-223-0423 x 306 or by e-mailing her at: adean@twi.org.
