PROGRAM MANAGER/RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Looking for a caring, professional leader to oversee services to adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, home-like setting.  Applicants must have a degree in a Human Services field and at least 2 years of experience in supervision of staff.  Full-time position, mainly daytime hours of work with occasional on-call rotation with competitive salary and excellent benefits.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Looking for a caring LPN to work with adults who have disabilities and/or mental illness in a fast-paced setting.  Our LPNs assist our consumers, order and administer medications under authority of physicians, participate in med clinics, and provide case management services.  Applicants must have a license in Illinois as an LPN.  Full-time position, daytime hours, with competitive salary and excellent benefits.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

Looking for a caring, self-motivated person to provide high quality outpatient substance abuse treatment services to adults who have substance use disorders and/or serious mental illness using the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) approach.  Will provide individual assessment and treatment and will facilitate treatment groups as well.  CADC preferred.  Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field.  Full-time position, mainly daytime hours of work plus after-hours on-call rotation with competitive salary, bonus potential, and excellent benefits.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER

Looking for a caring, self-motivated person to provide community support, counseling, case management, skills training, and stabilization services to adults who have serious mental illness.  Services are primarily in the clients’ natural environment (home, community) within Adams County.  Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field.  Full-time position, mainly daytime hours of work plus after-hours on-call rotation with competitive salary, bonus potential, and excellent benefits.

PARENT EDUCATOR

Provides home visiting services for parents/children ages Birth to Three.  Includes assessment, treatment planning, and providing developmental and educational services.  Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Human Services and experience with young children is preferred.  Full-time position with mainly daytime and early evening hours of work, competitive salary and excellent benefits.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS

Works with intellectually disabled consumers in home settings. Ideal candidate is patient and caring with a heart for helping others. CNA experience helpful. Must be 18+ years of age and possess High School Diploma/GED. Full and part-time shifts available, either evenings/weekends or overnights. All positions require ability to pass background checks and drug test. Most positions require reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
