 MOBILE CRISIS SPECIALIST–Child & Adolescent Services

New Position!

Our Mobile Crisis Specialists will provide mobile crisis response and short-term follow-up stabilization services for individuals who are in a psychiatric crisis as well as intake, outreach, and engagement to help link identified individuals to services.  This unique opportunity offers afternoon work hours Monday – Friday plus on-call responsibility making this a full-time position without necessarily working 40 hours/week (depending on call volume).  Evening/overnight on-call duties 3 nights/week where you will be on-call from the comfort of your own home.  After receiving a call, you would respond to the site of the crisis in a 3-county area.  Generous mileage reimbursement is provided.   Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field.


DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL–Developmental/Intellectual Disability Services

Our Direct Support Professionals get to work with intellectually or developmentally disabled consumers in home settings, community settings, and in our day program. Ideal candidate is patient and caring with a heart for helping others. CNA experience helpful. Must be 18+ years of age and possess High School Diploma/GED. Full and part-time shifts available; days/evenings/weekends/overnights.  Paid training provided!


THERAPIST–Mental Health Services

Join our team of mental health professionals who get to help individuals, couples, and families improve their lives every day!  Our Therapists provide mental health services in outpatient and community-based settings using a collaborative treatment approach.  Full-time position, primarily daytime hours of work plus on-call.  Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services field; LCSW or LCPC preferred.


RECOVERY SPECIALIST–Adult Mental Health Services

Our Recovery Specialists provide peer support and mentoring services to adults with serious mental illness.  Must work well with people, be flexible,  organized, and enjoy community-based work.  Candidate must have direct experience as a recipient of mental health services and be able to demonstrate the ability to incorporate his/her own unique personal experience in their recovery to assist others.  Part-time position with primarily daytime hours.



Our Maintenance Workers perform varied maintenance skills to complete repairs and projects in office and residential facilities, work on equipment, maintain buildings and grounds, execute preventative maintenance schedules, conduct safety inspections, troubleshoot problems and research solutions, and complete related documentation. Requires HS Diploma or GED, proven experience and general skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work and physical ability to perform moderate to heavy work.  Full-time position with daytime hours.


COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER – Adult Mental Health Services

Our Community Support Workers get to help adults with mental health conditions manage their mental health and live a more full life by providing case management and support services . Full-time position, primarily daytime hours of work with early evening availability 2-3 days/week. Participates in mobile crisis on call rotation in a 3-county area. Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field.


PARENT EDUCATOR — Infant & Toddler Services

Our Parent Educators provide home visiting services for parents/children ages Birth to Three. Duties Include assessment, treatment planning, and providing developmental and educational services. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Human Services and experience with young children is preferred. Full-time position with mainly daytime and early evening hours of work.


New Position!
Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits programs including tracking employee eligibility and enrollment, reconciling billings, problem-solving benefits issues, and conducting benefits meetings. Will file and monitor Work Comp claims and administer FML as well. Part-time position, 20 hours/week with flexible schedule. Requires AA degree in Accounting or Business or 3+ years experience in employee benefits administration.
