∼PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE; LAUNDRY SERVICES–-Job Training Services
We’re looking for a part-time Production Employee to work in a job training program. Our Production Employees work alongside client trainees who are learning job skills in our commercial laundry facility. Employees work with commercial equipment to launder our customers’ items with customer satisfaction and employee/trainee safety as paramount. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours/week. Shifts are days/early evenings including Saturday mornings.

~ADULT COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER —Mental Health Services
If you’re looking for rewarding, meaningful work, you’re in the right place! We’re looking for a CSW who is caring, self-motivated person to provide community support, case management, skills training, and stabilization services to adults who have serious mental illness. You would provide services in the clients’ natural environment (home, community) within Adams County. This position requires:
- BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record
- Ability to pass multiple background checks and a drug test
This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule according to clients’ needs as well as your own…primarily daytime hours of work plus after-hours on-call rotation (3-4 days/month). CSWs receive competitive base pay (recently increased by $2.00/hour!), an opportunity to participate in an incentive program, and mileage reimbursement.

~DIRECT CARE STAFF (DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL)–Developmental/Intellectual Disability or Mental Health Services
As a Direct Support Professional at Transitions, you get to work with consumers who have intellectual or mental disabilities in group home settings, community settings, and/or in our day program. If you are patient and caring with a heart for helping others, this rewarding work might be for you! CNA experience is helpful; however, paid training is provided. Our evening/weekend positions feature competitive pay along with two bonuses paid during the first year! Must be 18+ years of age and possess a High School Diploma/GED. We’re currently looking to hire for these shifts/hours:
- Full-time Overnight–CILA Group Home; 4 Overnights/week and weekends off! (schedule subject to change based on the availability of the other overnight staff member)
- Full-time Overnight–MI Group Home; 4 shifts/week
- Full-time or Part-time: Evening/Weekend shifts–CILA Group Home
- Full-time: Daytime, weekdays–New Horizons program

~MOBILE CRISIS SPECIALIST–Mental Health Services
Our Mobile Crisis Specialists respond onsite to people in crisis in a 5-county area as well as provide short-term follow-up stabilization and care coordination services. This unique position is on-call evenings –> overnights 2-3 times/week from the comfort of home with a 4-day workweek! This is a full-time, exempt position with a minimum of 35 hours/week, while paid for 40 hours/week. This is the perfect position for a ‘night owl’ who enjoys helping people problem-solve and also enjoys frequent days off! This program is growing so we’re looking for additional staff to add to our team.
Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social, Work, or other Human Services field.

~CARE COORDINATOR: Pathways to Success–Mental Health Services
Join our team as we GROW!!! We’re starting a new program and are looking for Care Coordinators to provide high quality care coordination, crisis stabilization, community support, and discharge planning services to children who have mental illness. You must be able to form positive working relationships with other service providers and family members in order to best support the children in this program. Services will be provided in the clients’ natural environment (home, community) within Adams and surrounding counties. Applicants must have:

~CLINICAL MANAGER–Mental Health Services **NEW POSITION!**
If you’re ready for the next step in your Human Services career this might be the position for you! We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who’s ready for an opportunity to grow professionally and help us kick off a new, exciting program serving children who have complex behavioral health needs. In this position you’ll get to provide leadership and supervision for a new program from the ground, up! Applicants must have licensure as an LCSW or LCPC (or other qualification that meets the definition of an LPHA in Illinois) and supervisory experience. This is a full-time position with primarily daytime hours of work and occasional on-call response by phone.

Our Parent Educators get to provide valuable home visiting services for parents of children ages Birth to Five. According to our participants, this is one of our most well-loved programs! Parent Educators empower parents to be their child’s first teacher using the Parents as Teachers evidenced-based practice model. They provide free educational and developmental tools to support parents, complete assessments, treatment plans, and deliver case management services. Full-time position, mainly daytime and early evening hours of work according to parents’ needs along with the employee’s preferences, providing a flexible work schedule.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Human Services field and experience with young children is preferred.
~HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST–TALENT ACQUISITION
We’re looking for a Human Resources Specialist to perform HR functions working with a staff of about 200 employees. Primary responsibilities are in the area of talent acquisition including candidate sourcing and advertising. applicant tracking, contact and engagement, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, conducting background checks, and leading orientation meetings. Will perform other duties within the scope of Human Resources or to support the agency’s employees and mission.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, or similar field of study is required; work experience in HR is preferred. Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, the ability to change gears/priorities quickly and to navigate multiple projects simultaneously are very important in this role. Full-time position, daytime hours of work, Monday through Friday.
