~SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who will perform complex accounting duties including budgeting, generation of financial statements, grant reporting, reconciliations, and other business office functions. Will also manage certain insurance coverages for the agency including applications, renewals, and claims reporting.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred for this position; degrees in Finance or Business Administration will be considered.  Candidate with not-for-profit accounting experience is preferred, as is accounting experience working with state and/or federal contracts.

Full-time position; daytime hours of work, Monday through Friday.  We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.  Pay range $28.75 – $31.62/hour (dependent upon experience).

 

~PARENT EDUCATOR    ** PAY RATE RECENTLY INCREASED!**

Our Parent Educators get to provide valuable home visiting services for parents of children ages Birth to Five. According to our participants, this is one of our most well-loved programs! Parent Educators empower parents to be their child’s first teacher using the Parents as Teachers evidenced-based practice model. They provide free educational and developmental tools to support parents, complete assessments, treatment plans, and deliver case management services.  Full-time position, mainly daytime and early evening hours of work according to parents’ needs along with the employee’s preferences, providing a flexible work schedule.

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Human Services field and experience with young children is preferred.

We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.  Pay range $19.84 – $23.80/hour (dependent upon experience).

~CARE COORDINATOR —Mental Health Services

Join our team as we GROW!!! We’re looking for Care Coordinators to provide high quality care coordination, crisis stabilization, community support, and discharge planning services to children who have mental illness. You must be able to form positive working relationships with other service providers and family members in order to best support the children served in this program. Services will be provided in the clients’ natural environment (home, community) within Adams County and surrounding counties. Applicants must have:

  • BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record
  • One year experience as a Mental Health Professional is preferred and experience working with children/adolescents is strongly preferred

This is a full-time position, primarily daytime hours of work Monday – Friday with two evenings/week and flexibility to accommodate unplanned client/family needs with little notice plus occasional on-call coverage after normal business hours. Competitive base pay, mileage reimbursement and great benefits are offered in this rewarding position. Pay range $24.60 – $27.06/hour (dependent upon experience).

~PROGRAM MANAGER/QIDP–Developmental/Intellectual Disability Services 

We’re looking for a caring, professional leader to oversee services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive residential supports in the community. As the supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity every day to enrich the clients’ lives by providing engaging activities, in-home supports, and well-trained employees to assist people in living full and meaningful lives! You will also provide case management for the adults in your residential facility/service array.

Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Recreation, Special Education, or Rehab Counseling.

2+ years of supervisory experience is also required. This is a full-time position, mainly daytime hours of work with occasional on-call coverage required.

We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a team work environment.  Pay range $22.45 – $29.60/hour (dependent upon education and experience).

~DIRECT CARE STAFF (DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL)–Developmental/Intellectual Disability or Mental Health Services

** NEW**  $400 Sign-on Bonus for all DSPs!

As a Direct Support Professional at Transitions, you get to work with consumers who have intellectual or mental disabilities in group home settings, community settings, and/or in our day program. If you are patient and caring with a heart for helping others, this rewarding work might be for you!  CNA experience is helpful; however, paid training is provided. Our evening/weekend positions feature competitive pay along with two bonuses paid during the first year!  Pay range $17.00 – $22.00/hour, depending on shift and experience.  Must be 18+ years of age and possess a High School Diploma/GED.

We’re currently looking to hire for these shifts/hours:

  • Part-time:  Weekends–CILA Group Home
  • Part-time: Evening/Weekend shifts–CILA Group Home
  • Part-time:  Day shift in Community Day Services program
  • Full-time Float: this position gets to work in all of our group homes depending on where they’re needed most. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights; however, work schedule is made 14-30 days prospectively so you’ll know your schedule in advance. This is our highest paid DSP position!

~HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST–TALENT ACQUISITION

We’re looking for a Human Resources Specialist to perform HR functions working with a staff of about 200 employees. Primary responsibilities are in the area of talent acquisition including candidate sourcing and advertising. applicant tracking, contact and engagement, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, conducting background checks, and leading orientation meetings. Will perform other duties within the scope of Human Resources or to support the agency’s employees and mission.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, or similar field of study is required; work experience in HR is preferred. Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, the ability to change gears/priorities quickly and to navigate multiple projects simultaneously are very important in this role.  Full-time position, daytime hours of work, Monday through Friday.  Competitive pay range of $23.58 – $33.06/hour (dependent upon education and experience) and excellent benefits await you in this position!
