PROGRAM MANAGER/RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Looking for a caring, professional leader to oversee services to adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities in a warm, home-like setting.  Applicants must have a degree in a Human Services field and at least 2 years of experience in supervision of staff.  Full-time position, mainly daytime hours of work with occasional on-call rotation with competitive salary and excellent benefits.

PARENT EDUCATOR

Provides home visiting services for parents/children ages Birth to Three.  Includes assessment, treatment planning, and providing developmental and educational services.  Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Human Services and experience with young children is preferred.  Full-time position with mainly daytime and early evening hours of work, competitive salary and excellent benefits.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS

Works with intellectually disabled consumers in home settings. Ideal candidate is patient and caring with a heart for helping others. CNA experience helpful. Must be 18+ years of age and possess High School Diploma/GED. Full and part-time shifts available, either evenings/weekends or overnights. RESIDENTIAL TRAINER

Provides support to consumers who have mental illnesses in a home setting. Ideal candidate is patient and caring with a heart for helping others. Must be 21+ years of age and possess High School Diploma/GED.  Full-time position available, evenings and weekends.  Excellent pay, bonuses, paid vacation and sick time, paid training, retirement plan, and other benefits available.

JANITORIAL EMPLOYEES

Performs janitorial/housekeeping work such as dry mopping, wet moping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, etc. Must have transportation to/from work. Monday through Friday, evening hours of work.

All positions require ability to pass background checks and drug test. Most positions require reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
