MOBILE CRISIS SPECIALIST–Mental Health Services
Our Mobile Crisis Specialists respond onsite to children’s crises in a 3-county area as well as provide short-term follow-up stabilization services for children, families, and individuals. This unique position will be on-call evenings/overnights 3 times/week from the comfort of home and will have some afternoon hours of work Monday –> Friday as well. Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social, Work, or other Human Services field. Full-time position.
RECOVERY SUPPORT SPECIALIST–Mental Health Services
Our Recovery Support Specialists provide valuable recovery-oriented education, resources, and connection with community resources and natural supports for clients in need of mental health support. Applicants must be 21+ years of age, have experience as a personal recipient of mental health services, and demonstrate the ability to incorporate his/her own direct experience in their recovery journey in order to inspire others. Daytime hours of work, part-time (20-25 hours/week).
CHILD & ADOLESCENT CASE MANAGER–Mental Health Services
Our Child & Adolescent Case Managers make a real difference to children and their families every day by providing high quality crisis stabilization and case management services. They work with children who have experienced a psychiatric crisis by providing assessment and helpful supports, coordinating services with community providers, and teaching valuable skills. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field. Hours are daytime/early evenings and after-hours on-call coverage 2-3 times/month. Full-time position.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER–Mental Health Services
A Community Support Worker at Transitions provides valuable case management, skills building, counseling, community support, and stabilization services to adults who have serious mental illness. These services are provided in the clients’ natural environment (home, community) within Adams County. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services field. Hours are primarily daytime with after-hours on-call coverage 2-3 times/month. Full-time position.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL–Developmental/Intellectual Disability Services
As a Direct Support Professional at Transitions, you get to work with intellectually or developmentally disabled consumers in home settings, community settings, and/or in our day program. If you are patient and caring with a heart for helping others this might be the job for you! CNA experience is helpful and paid training is provided. Must be 18+ years of age and possess a High School Diploma/GED. We’re currently looking to hire for these shifts/hours:
- Full-time Overnights–CILA Group Home
- Part-time Days in Community Day Training –Monday through Friday, no weekends
THERAPIST–Mental Health Services
Join our team of mental health professionals who help individuals, couples, and families improve their lives every day! Our Therapists provide mental health services in outpatient and community-based settings using a collaborative treatment approach. Full-time position, primarily daytime hours of work plus on-call coverage. Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services field; LCSW or LCPC preferred.
PARENT EDUCATOR — Infant & Toddler Services
Our Parent Educators get to provide valuable home visiting services for parents/children ages Birth to Three. Duties include assessment, treatment planning, and providing educational and developmental services. Part-time position, mainly daytime and early evening hours of work. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Human Services and experience with young children is preferred. Join our team of caring professionals who make this a great place to work!
Our Janitorial Employees perform janitorial and housekeeping duties such as mopping, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning windows in business or industrial settings as part of a training program. Hours of work are part-time, Monday through Friday on either a morning-to-early afternoon crew or an evening crew.
All positions require ability to pass background checks and a drug test. Most positions require reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
