Transitions of Western Illinois is a charitable, not-for-profit agency that provides an array of mental health, rehabilitation, and educational services. We help people of all ages and people with diverse needs. Annually, Transitions’ programs and services touch the lives of almost 9,000 area residents.
Located in Quincy, IL, Transitions was founded in 1955 as the Adams County Mental Health Center. For over 60 years, we have served the Adams County area providing high quality, affordable mental health, educational, and rehabilitation services.
Transitions is a United Way agency and is CARF (Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited. This accreditation ensures that our services meet industry standards and are of the highest quality.
