Transitions Closed on Good Friday, April 3rd

Transitions will be closed on Good Friday, April 3rd.  The agency will reopen on Monday, April 6th at 8 AM.  If you need emergency mental health services, please call 9-8-8, the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline – help is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.  We wish you and yours a blessed Easter holiday.
