Psychiatric Services at Transitions

Transitions has expanded psychiatric services.  Our psychiatric team is accepting new patients.  Services are provided in-person and via telehealth.  Call us at (217) 223-0413 or walk into our 4409 Maine Street offices during our regular business hours and our access staff will get you enrolled in services.
