We Provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Substance Use

Transitions was designated a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) on October 1st.  As a part of our service expansion as a CCBHC, the agency has initiated expanded treatment services for those who have substance use disorders.  We now provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for those who are struggling with opioid and other substance use.  If you, or someone you love, is struggling as a result of opioid or other substance use,  call Transitions (217-223-0413).  We can help!
